6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a game key has been revealed or delivered. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The game key is invalid or does not work (verified by our support team)
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product
  • Technical issues on our end preventing delivery
